GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of leaflet distribution services by Colne Distribution, a company based in London. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect from the date they are posted on our website.

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
Colne Distribution provides door-to-door leaflet distribution services within our specified coverage area in London and surrounding areas. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on the location and other factors. For areas outside the M25, please contact us to confirm availability and potential additional charges.

PAYMENT
Payment for our leaflet distribution services must be made prior to the commencement of distribution. An invoice will be provided detailing the total amount due. Payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest on overdue amounts. Services will not commence until payment has been received in full.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
All promotional material, including leaflets and brochures, must be approved by the client before distribution. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all materials are accurate and free from errors before they are handed over for distribution. Colne Distribution is not liable for any errors or omissions in materials approved by the client.

EXTRA COSTS
Additional costs may apply for services that exceed the standard scope. These may include, but are not limited to, expedited distribution, extra distribution areas not covered in the initial agreement, or additional handling requirements. We will provide a detailed estimate of any extra costs before proceeding with additional services.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of distribution services must be communicated in writing. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer a full refund if applicable.

LIABILITY
Colne Distribution’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any errors or omissions in the distribution process is limited to the cost of correcting the error or omission.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable data protection regulations. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our leaflet distribution services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. COMPLAINT AND DISPUTE PROCEDURE
If you have a complaint regarding our leaflet distribution services, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it promptly. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal procedures will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with relevant local laws.
